ABOUT · VNYX-IT

A Cape Cod IT company, built deliberately.

We keep the computers, networks, and email of Cape Cod businesses working — and everything about how we do it is a choice we made on purpose.

WHO WE ARE

Built the way we’d want to buy it.

VNYX-IT is an IT company for the businesses that run Cape Cod — the offices, practices, shops, and crews from Barnstable to Provincetown. We set systems up right, watch them around the clock, and show up in person when a problem needs hands.

We built the company around a simple observation: small businesses usually get the worst of IT. Either a distant help desk that treats you like a ticket number, or one overworked person who disappears when things get busy. We think the right shape is different — local enough to be at your door, and backed by technology we built ourselves, so nothing rests on one person’s memory.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three choices, made on purpose.

  1. Small on purpose

You talk to the person who knows your setup — not a rotating cast. We keep the company sized so the person who made you a promise is the one who keeps it.

  2. Technology we own

Most IT companies rent someone else’s tools. We built our own — VNYX Sentinel — so the technology watching our clients’ systems is something we understand top to bottom and can stand behind.

  3. Honesty as a system

Good intentions don’t survive busy weeks; systems do. So we made honesty procedural: a written quote before any work, plain-English documentation of what we did and why, and terms you can walk away from anytime.
