WHO WE ARE
A local IT company, not a data business.
VNYX-IT is an IT services company based in Cape Cod, MA. We keep the computers, networks, and email of Cape Cod businesses working. This policy covers this website — vnyxit.com — and what it collects from visitors.

WHAT THIS WEBSITE COLLECTS
Only what you type into the form.
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send through our assessment and contact forms:
- Your name
- Your business name, if you give one
- The best way to reach you — a phone number or an email address
- Your town, if you pick one
- Your message — whatever you tell us about what’s going on
When you press send, your message is stored by our form service (Supabase) and then emailed to our inbox (delivered by Resend). Storing it first means your message still reaches us even if an email bounces along the way.
The site itself is served through Cloudflare, which keeps the standard technical logs every hosting provider keeps — used to keep the site online and to filter automated traffic, not to profile you.
There are no accounts and no sign-ins on this website, and it sets essential cookies only. The little measurement that exists is described honestly in our cookie policy.
HOW WE USE IT
Two uses. That’s the list.
We use what you send us for exactly two things: responding to your inquiry, and providing the services we quote you. We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
How long we keep it: we keep form messages for as long as they’re useful for responding to you and for keeping honest records of work we quoted or did. If you’d rather we didn’t keep yours, tell us and we’ll delete it.
YOUR RIGHTS
It’s your information.
You can, at any time:
- Ask what we hold — email us and we’ll tell you exactly what we have about you
- Correct it — if we have something wrong, we’ll fix it
- Delete it — we’ll remove your information from our records, keeping only what the law requires us to keep (like records of paid work)
Send any of these requests to contact@vnyxit.com. We honor them within 30 days — usually much faster.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, so does the date.
The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent change. If we ever start collecting something new, this page will say so plainly before it happens.
